We operate a single 24-hour phone line — (866) 548-3173 — that connects homeowners and property managers with licensed, insured and independently operated contracting companies in their own area.

Our network currently covers 17,802 ZIP codes across51 states and 1,397 cities with multiple covered ZIP codes. Every technician dispatched through the line is licensed, insured and background-checked by the servicing contractor.

How our dispatch model works

When you call, a live dispatcher confirms your address, the equipment you have and the symptom you are seeing. From there we route the job to the closest available licensed technician who carries the parts your job is most likely to need. You get a target response window before you agree to anything, and a written flat-rate price before any work starts.

Our relationship with local contractors

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling does not employ the technicians who perform the work. We are a dispatch and customer-acquisition service. The company that arrives at your home is an independent, locally licensed contractor responsible for its own licensing, bonding, insurance and workmanship. We vet our partners and remove those who generate sustained complaints, but the servicing relationship — including invoicing and warranty on parts — sits with that contractor.
