We are a dispatch service, not a contractor

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling operates a 24-hour dispatch line that connects callers with independently owned, locally licensed HVAC contracting companies. We do not employ the technicians, we do not hold the HVAC contractor licence, and we do not perform the work. Licensing, bonding and insurance are held by the servicing contractor and can be verified with them directly.

Pricing and cost tables are illustrative

Every price range published on this website — including the per-location cost tables — is a typical market range compiled for general information. It is not a quote, an estimate, an offer, or a promise of price. Actual pricing depends on equipment, fault, accessibility, parts availability and regional labour rates. You receive a written flat-rate price from the servicing contractor before any work begins, and that written price governs.

Response times are targets

Response windows shown on location pages reflect typical dispatch performance for that ZIP code under normal conditions. They are not guaranteed arrival times. Severe weather events, regional demand spikes and contractor availability all affect actual response.

Statistics shown on location pages

Figures such as technician counts, jobs completed, review counts and ratings shown on individual location pages are network-level indicators for that coverage zone. They are not claims about a specific individual contractor.

General information only

Technical content on this website is general educational information. It is not a diagnosis of your specific equipment and it is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Do not attempt gas, refrigerant, combustion or electrical work yourself.

Emergency situations

If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility or emergency services before contacting us. If a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone into fresh air and call emergency services. Arctic Air Heating & Cooling's dispatch line at (866) 548-3173 is not an emergency service and should not be used in place of 911.
