What to have ready when you call

• Whether the system is heating, cooling or both
• The make and model if it is visible on the unit label
• What the system is doing — noise, smell, no airflow, error code, water
• Whether the breaker has tripped or the thermostat has fresh batteries

Emergency situations

If you smell gas, shut off the gas supply at the meter if it is safe to do so, leave the property and call your gas utility's emergency line before calling anyone else. If a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, get everyone outside into fresh air and call emergency services. Once you are safe, call (866) 548-3173 and we will dispatch immediately.
