Who we are

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling (“we”, “us”) operates an HVAC dispatch and customer-acquisition service. We connect callers with independently owned, locally licensed contracting companies who perform the actual work.

Information we collect when you call

When you call (866) 548-3173 we collect:

• Your phone number and the number you are calling from
• Your service address, including ZIP code
• A description of the problem and details about your equipment
• A recording of the call, where permitted by law

This information is used solely to triage your request and route it to an available licensed contractor in your area.

Call tracking and analytics

We use dynamic number insertion and call-tracking technology to measure which pages and campaigns generate calls. Call recordings and call metadata may be retained by our call-tracking provider for quality assurance, dispute resolution and billing. Calls may be recorded; continuing the call after the recording notice constitutes consent in one-party-consent states.

Information we share

When you request service, we share your contact details and job description with the servicing contractor so they can contact you and complete the work. That contractor becomes an independent controller of your information and is responsible for its own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Website data

This website is a static site and does not set first-party tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled they are limited to aggregate, non-identifying metrics such as page views and outbound call clicks.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, call (866) 548-3173 and ask for the customer care team.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
