Nature of the service

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling is a dispatch and referral service. We are not a licensed HVAC contractor and we do not perform HVAC work. The company that services your home is an independent contractor responsible for its own licensing, bonding, insurance, workmanship and invoicing. Any service agreement, estimate, warranty and payment arrangement is between you and that contractor.

No guarantee of availability

While we aim to dispatch within the target response window shown on each location page, availability depends on contractor capacity, weather events and demand. Response windows are targets, not guarantees.

Pricing shown on this website

All prices, price ranges and cost tables on this website are illustrative market ranges published for general information. They are not quotations, estimates or offers. Your actual price is provided in writing by the servicing contractor before work begins and may differ from any range published here.

No professional advice

Content on this website is general information about heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
