The Kenner70065 calls we answer most often
If your system is doing any of the following, it is worth a diagnostic before the fault gets more expensive.
No cool air, or air that is barely cooler than the room
Frozen evaporator coil or ice on the refrigerant lines
Squealing or grinding from the blower assembly
Water pooling around the indoor unit or ceiling stains
Loud banging on start-up (compressor slugging)
Outdoor condenser humming but the fan not turning
Heating and air conditioning service built around Kenner
Whether the complaint is weak airflow upstairs, a furnace that will not stay lit, or an outdoor unit that hums but never starts, the process is the same — a proper diagnostic, a written price, then the repair.
Because Louisiana swings between seasons quickly, a lot of our Kenner calls come in the first hot or cold snap of the year — systems that sat idle for months and then get asked to run flat out.
The busiest week of our year in Kenner is the first stretch of sustained march weather. Systems that idled all season fail in clusters.

Kenner70065 HVAC questions, answered
How quickly can a technician get to Kenner?
For the 70065 service area our target response time is 60-90 minutes from the moment dispatch confirms your address. Real-world timing depends on the day — the first sustained heat or cold snap of the season is always our busiest period — but we hold technicians locally specifically so that window is achievable rather than aspirational.
How often should I change my filter in 70065?
Monthly inspection and replacement every 60 to 90 days is the baseline. Homes in Kenner with pets, ongoing construction nearby, or a high-MERV filter in an undersized return should move to monthly changes. A loaded filter is the single most common cause of frozen coils and failed blower motors.
Do you service commercial and light commercial properties?
Yes. Around Kenner we handle rooftop packaged units, split systems, VRF/VRV installations and building automation faults for offices, retail, restaurants and multi-tenant buildings, including after-hours scheduling so you are not disrupting trade.
Do you handle ductless mini-split systems?
Yes. Ductless installations have grown quickly in Louisiana, particularly in older homes without existing ductwork. We service indoor heads, clean filters and drain lines, check line-set insulation and diagnose communication faults between heads and the outdoor unit.
How much does an HVAC service call cost in 70065?
A diagnostic visit in Kenner typically runs $75 to $150, and that fee is usually applied toward the repair if you approve the work. Repair prices are quoted as a flat rate before we start, so the number you approve is the number you pay regardless of how long the job takes.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays?
No. Our pricing in Louisiana is the same at 2am on a holiday as it is at 2pm on a Tuesday. Emergency calls are dispatched the same way as scheduled calls and carry no overtime premium.
