Thermostat reading several degrees off from reality

Heating and air conditioning service built around Poneto
Nobody in Poneto wants to spend a day waiting on a technician with a four-hour window. We quote a 90-120 minutes target response time for this ZIP and hold crews locally so that number is realistic.
Homes in Wells County tend to be a mix of older builds with original ductwork and newer infill construction, which means airflow problems show up very differently from one street to the next.
The busiest week of our year in Poneto is the first stretch of sustained june weather. Systems that idled all season fail in clusters.

Poneto46781 HVAC questions, answered
Is my system low on refrigerant, or is it leaking?
Refrigerant does not get "used up" the way fuel does. If your charge is low, there is a leak somewhere — usually at a flare connection, a schrader core or the evaporator coil. We locate and repair the leak rather than simply topping up the charge, because a top-up alone will fail again.
Do you service commercial and light commercial properties?
Yes. Around Poneto we handle rooftop packaged units, split systems, VRF/VRV installations and building automation faults for offices, retail, restaurants and multi-tenant buildings, including after-hours scheduling so you are not disrupting trade.
Is my carbon monoxide risk something I should worry about?
With any combustion appliance, yes. A cracked heat exchanger can spill carbon monoxide into the living space, and it is odourless. We perform combustion analysis and a CO test on every furnace and boiler call in Poneto, and we recommend a working CO alarm on every level of the home regardless of who services your equipment.
What brands do you service in Poneto?
All of them. Our 46781 technicians are trained on Mitsubishi Electric, Lennox, Bryant, Rheem and essentially every other residential brand sold in Indiana, including discontinued lines. We keep a broad parts catalogue on the trucks for exactly that reason.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We can give you realistic ranges — and this page lists the ones homeowners in Poneto see most often — but a firm price needs eyes on the equipment. Any company that quotes a final number without seeing the unit is usually quoting low to get through the door.
How much does an HVAC service call cost in 46781?
A diagnostic visit in Poneto typically runs $75 to $150, and that fee is usually applied toward the repair if you approve the work. Repair prices are quoted as a flat rate before we start, so the number you approve is the number you pay regardless of how long the job takes.
